Go to duckdice.click and click Register in the top navigation bar. Fill in your name, email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password. Tick the age confirmation and terms checkbox, then submit. DuckDice sends a verification email within seconds — click the link inside to activate your account. The whole process takes about two minutes and there is no registration fee. You can start playing immediately after email verification, though identity verification (CNIC) is required before your first withdrawal.

DuckDice is open to players aged 18 and above. You must provide truthful personal information at registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. DuckDice reserves the right to request a copy of your CNIC or Passport at any time to verify your identity and age. Accounts found to have been created with false information — particularly false age declarations — are closed immediately and any funds held are forfeited. One account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts are against the Terms and Conditions.

Click Forgot Password? on the Login page. Enter your registered email address and submit. DuckDice will email you a reset link valid for 30 minutes. Click the link, set a new password of at least 8 characters, and save. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If the email never arrives, it may mean the address you entered does not match your registered account — try alternate email addresses you use. Still stuck? Yes, but changing your registered email requires identity verification first. Go to Account Settings → Personal Details, enter your new email address, and submit a change request. DuckDice will send a verification link to the new address and a security notification to your old address. The change takes effect once you confirm from the new inbox. If you no longer have access to your original email, contact support@duckdice.click — you will be asked to verify your identity via CNIC before any change is made.

DuckDice requires a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Passport. You will be asked to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your CNIC (or the photo page of your Passport), along with a selfie holding the document. Documents must be current, fully legible, and unedited. Blurry images or cropped documents will be rejected. Verification is typically completed within 1–24 hours of submission. Once verified, your account is permanently approved and no further checks are needed for regular withdrawals.

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@duckdice.click with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any real-money balance remaining at closure is returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited. If your reason for closing is related to problem gambling, DuckDice strongly recommends using the Self-Exclusion tool in your account settings instead — it closes your account immediately and prevents re-registration, providing a stronger safety net than a standard account closure.

No. DuckDice strictly allows one account per person. This is enforced via mobile number, CNIC, and device fingerprinting. If you accidentally create a second account, contact support immediately — in most cases DuckDice will merge your accounts or close the duplicate cleanly. If duplicate accounts are used to claim bonuses multiple times, both accounts will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited under DuckDice's bonus abuse policy.

Log in to your DuckDice account and go to Wallet → Deposit. Select your preferred payment method from the available Pakistani options: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the deposit amount in PKR (minimum Rs 500), follow the on-screen instructions for your chosen method, and confirm the transaction. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your DuckDice balance within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers typically arrive within minutes during business hours but can occasionally take up to a few hours on weekends or public holidays.

The minimum deposit on DuckDice is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by DuckDice, though your individual payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may have daily transaction caps that apply on their side. DuckDice charges zero fees on deposits — the full amount you send arrives in your PKR balance. Your payment provider may apply their own network or transaction fee.

Go to Wallet → Withdraw in your DuckDice account. Select your withdrawal method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR, confirm the recipient account details, and submit. Your identity must be verified (CNIC uploaded and approved) before your first withdrawal is processed. Once verified, withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals take up to 1–3 business days depending on your bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount on DuckDice is Rs 500. There is no minimum for the number of withdrawals you can make — you can withdraw small amounts as often as you like once your identity is verified. DuckDice does not charge a withdrawal fee. The funds are sent to the same payment method you used to deposit, as part of DuckDice's standard anti-money-laundering policy.

First, allow 15 minutes for the transaction to process — occasional network delays affect Easypaisa and JazzCash transfers during peak times. Check your payment app transaction history to confirm the payment was deducted. If the money was deducted from your wallet but has not appeared in DuckDice after 30 minutes, contact support@duckdice.click with your registered email, the transaction reference number from your payment app, the amount, and the date and time of the transfer. Our payments team will locate and credit the deposit manually, usually within a few hours.

Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically 15–30 minutes after the withdrawal is approved.
NayaPay and SadaPay: typically 30–60 minutes.
Bank IBFT: 1–3 business days depending on your bank and the time of submission.
First-time withdrawals may take slightly longer because identity verification is completed at this stage. Once your CNIC is approved, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard timelines above. DuckDice itself charges zero fees on deposits and zero fees on withdrawals. The full amount you deposit arrives in your PKR balance, and the full amount you withdraw arrives in your payment account. However, your payment provider — Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank — may apply their own small network fee on their side of the transaction. These fees are set entirely by the payment provider and DuckDice has no control over them. They are typically Rs 10–30 per transaction or zero for same-wallet transfers within the same network.

DuckDice supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as a native currency. Your balance is displayed in PKR, deposits and withdrawals are made in PKR, and all betting limits across sports, casino, and crash games are shown in PKR. There is no currency conversion, no hidden exchange rate markup, and no need to think in dollars or euros. When you deposit Rs 1,000, you see Rs 1,000 in your DuckDice wallet. Simple as that.

A wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling a set multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For DuckDice's welcome bonus, the requirement is 30× the bonus value. So if you receive Rs 10,000 in bonus funds, you need to wager Rs 300,000 (30 × Rs 10,000) in qualifying bets. Slot games contribute 100% to the wagering requirement. Live casino games contribute 10–20%. Sports bets with odds of at least 1.50 contribute 100%. Your progress is displayed in real time in the Bonuses section of your account.

If the 30-day wagering window expires before you complete the requirement, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are removed from your account automatically. Your real-money balance (deposits and any cash winnings booked before the bonus expired) is not affected. DuckDice sends reminder emails before bonus expiry so you are aware of the deadline. If you received a bonus you do not intend to use, you can forfeit it manually from the Bonuses section — this is useful if you want to withdraw a deposit without meeting the wagering requirement first.

DuckDice displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the simplest to understand. The decimal number represents your total return per Rs 1 wagered, including your stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet return Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake). Odds of 1.50 on Rs 1,000 return Rs 1,500 (Rs 500 profit). If a PSL or football match is abandoned before the minimum required completion threshold is met, all single bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned in full to your DuckDice wallet. For accumulator bets (multi-bets), the voided selection is removed and the accumulator is recalculated based on the remaining legs. In PSL matches specifically, DuckDice follows the official match result declared by the PCB — if the match has a D/L (Duckworth-Lewis) result, it counts as a valid result for betting purposes.

Yes, DuckDice offers a cash-out feature on selected live betting markets. When cash-out is available on your open bet, a "Cash Out" button appears next to the bet in your My Bets section. The cash-out value fluctuates in real time based on the current score and in-play odds. You can cash out the full bet for a guaranteed return, or use Partial Cash Out to secure some profit while keeping a portion of the bet running. Cash-out is available on most PSL markets and major football leagues.

The crash point is determined by a Provably Fair algorithm, so you can independently verify the fairness of every round after it ends using the seed values provided. The longer you wait to cash out, the higher the potential multiplier — but also the higher the risk of crashing before you do.

For slot games: DuckDice's servers record the outcome of every spin the moment the spin button is pressed, regardless of your connection. If you disconnect mid-spin, the result is saved and applied when you reconnect. You will see the completed spin result on your return. For crash games: if you placed a bet and disconnect before cashing out, the bet runs until the crash — there is no auto-cashout unless you had set one before disconnecting. Go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. You can choose between SMS 2FA (a one-time code sent to your Pakistani mobile number) or authenticator app 2FA (using Google Authenticator or a similar app). For authenticator app setup: scan the QR code displayed on screen with your app, enter the 6-digit confirmation code, and save. 2FA is then active on your account immediately. DuckDice strongly recommends enabling 2FA — it prevents unauthorised logins even if someone obtains your password.

Change your DuckDice password immediately via Account Settings → Security → Change Password. Then enable 2FA if it is not already active. Check your recent bet history and transaction history for any unauthorised activity. If you see transactions you did not make, contact support@duckdice.click immediately — mark the email "URGENT: Security Breach". DuckDice's security team will freeze the account for investigation and reverse any fraudulent transactions where possible. DuckDice will never contact you by WhatsApp or phone asking for your password — any such request is a scam.

The only official DuckDice website is duckdice.click. Any other domain claiming to be DuckDice is fraudulent. DuckDice's official email support address is support@duckdice.click. DuckDice will never ask for your password, your 2FA code, your Easypaisa PIN, or your bank credentials — via email, WhatsApp, phone call, or social media. If you receive a message claiming to be DuckDice that asks for any of these, ignore it and report it to support@duckdice.click. Always type duckdice.click directly into your browser rather than clicking links from unknown sources.

A secure DuckDice password should be at least 12 characters long and combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and at least one special character (like @, #, !, or %). Avoid passwords based on your name, phone number, or date of birth — these are the first things anyone trying to guess your password will try. Do not reuse your DuckDice password on any other website. If you have a hard time remembering complex passwords, consider using a reputable password manager app — they generate and store strong passwords so you only need to remember one master password.

Confirm and the limit is applied instantly. Reducing a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase activates — this delay protects you from making impulsive decisions after a losing session. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Choose your exclusion period: 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent. Confirm your choice. Your account is closed immediately — no delay, no persuasion from DuckDice. Your real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
