DuckDice processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your account balance is held in PKR at all times. DuckDice does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own network charges which are outside DuckDice's control.

DuckDice applies standard Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to all transactions. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method. DuckDice will process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes listed above. Any delays beyond these timeframes will be proactively communicated to the member by the support team.
DuckDice offers a welcome bonus of up to Rs 50,000, calculated as a 100% match on your first PKR deposit. So if you deposit Rs 20,000, you receive Rs 20,000 in bonus funds, giving you Rs 40,000 to play with. The welcome bonus is available to new members only and may only be claimed once per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance. You must complete the wagering requirement — the total amount you need to bet before bonus funds become withdrawable — before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement for DuckDice bonuses is 30× the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, after which any unmet bonus balance expires.
Example: You receive a Rs 5,000 bonus. The 30× wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 150,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to real money. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward the requirement; live casino games contribute 10–20%.
DuckDice monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate systematic abuse, including but not limited to: using low-variance strategies to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and misrepresentation of personal details to claim multiple welcome bonuses. Accounts found to be abusing DuckDice's bonus system will have bonus balances voided.
All bets placed on DuckDice are final once confirmed. DuckDice does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been submitted, except in cases of manifest error by DuckDice itself (see below). You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming. If you place a bet you did not intend, DuckDice cannot reverse it under normal circumstances.
Sports betting markets on DuckDice — including PSL cricket, football, and other sports — are settled according to the official results published by the relevant governing body. DuckDice follows standard industry settlement rules: bets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled playing time unless otherwise stated in the market rules. Live in-play markets settle on the result at the time the market is closed.
All casino games on DuckDice — including slots, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, and crash titles — use certified RNG or Provably Fair technology. Game outcomes are generated by the licensed game provider software and are beyond DuckDice's control or influence. Published RTPs are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
Manifest Error: If a bet is offered or settled at an obviously incorrect price due to a system error or human mistake, DuckDice reserves the right to correct the error and settle at the correct price, or to void the bet and return the stake. DuckDice will always communicate the reason for any such correction.
DuckDice maintains a fair and secure environment for all members. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the DuckDice platform:
DuckDice cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will share account information where legally required to do so. Suspected criminal activity — including fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing — will be reported to the relevant Pakistani authorities.

DuckDice will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. If you receive a message requesting your DuckDice password, do not respond — contact our support team immediately.
DuckDice provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. While DuckDice takes every reasonable step to ensure platform reliability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and network issues outside DuckDice's control may occasionally affect access.
DuckDice's liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arose. DuckDice is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including — but not limited to — lost profits, lost betting opportunities, or emotional distress. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
DuckDice is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the member's side, device failures, or delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a bet is interrupted due to a technical failure on DuckDice's systems, DuckDice will either complete the bet according to its terms or void the bet and return the stake at its discretion.
DuckDice may suspend or permanently close a member's account if the member breaches these Terms and Conditions, if fraudulent activity is detected, if the account has been inactive for more than 24 months, or if required to do so by law or regulatory authority. Before taking action on an account, DuckDice will attempt to notify the member via the registered email address unless immediate action is required to prevent ongoing fraud or harm.
If your account is closed by DuckDice for breach of these Terms, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balance may also be withheld pending investigation if the closure is related to suspected fraud or money laundering, and will be released or forfeited once the investigation concludes.
You may close your DuckDice account at any time by contacting the support team at support@duckdice.click. Account closure is processed within 24 hours of the request being received. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days.
DuckDice may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, changes in applicable law, or improvements to clarity. When we make material changes — changes that could significantly affect your rights or obligations as a DuckDice member — we will notify you by email to your registered address and by an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Minor changes — such as corrections to grammar, formatting updates, or clarifications that do not affect substance — may be made without advance notice, though the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
If you continue to use DuckDice after the effective date of an update to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account before the change takes effect and contact support to arrange the return of any real-money balance.
